	I am a solo practitioner in Northwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  I'm too much of a control freak to have support staff. So, if you call my office, you either get me, or my voice on the voice mail.  I try to limit my practice to representing people with debt or debt-related issues.       I say that I make a living representing people who can't pay their bills -- which is something of an administrative challenge. That isn't really true.  I do work for all kinds of people with credit report problems or identity theft issues, but basically, I file bankruptcies, help people deal with their their Credit Reports , defend collection cases, defend foreclosure cases and otherwise try to make a difference for people who have been handed more by life than they can handle. I've been in practice since 1990.  I've worked for a high-dollar, high-rise, downtown law firm.  I've billed countless hours at outrageous rates to large corporations, major financial institutions and the U. S. Government.  I decided a long time ago, that I preferred making a difference in people's lives to making a lot of money.  Hence, my current practice. I am the only person you will deal with in my office. If you have an appointment with me, you deserve 100% of my attention. That means that if you want to see me, you need to make an appointment.  Although, a surprisingly large number of things can be handled by telephone or e-mail.  That saves both of us time. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1990.  I was 9th out of 209 with five American Jurisprudence awards and the Phillips Allen Porta Memorial Award.  That means that I'm a member of the Order of the Coif, and if I wanted to look at them I could paper my walls with important looking stuff in expensive frames.  I'd rather not. The first time you call my office, plan on being on the phone for ten to fifteen minutes.  I'm going to try and get a feel for your situation. Most of what I do is very fact specific.  This way I know what information I need to have you bring to the first appointment.
